Staff nice , patient . Doctor John explained my options

Heather is always such a pleasure to see, she’s warming, welcoming and kind. I never feel rushed when I’m there, office staff is friendly too. Highly recommend to anyone who is suffering with chronic pain.

HEATHER YANNITTO, FNP was absolutely wonderful!! She listened and took to to explain everything! The only negative comment is the wait time.

Everything is always great. Heather is a great listener and really helps get you to where you need to be. I am very very very appreciative of Heather and all the staff at Chestertown.

The staff is always friendly and I never wait long. When I’ve had severe, acute problems, Heather has helped me out so much! My chronic pain is more ubeer control than it has been for years.

They are great, You dont have to wait to b seen. They take you not long after you sign in. Ask how things have been since the month b4 n will try procedures to help with your pain. Talk n think very highly of them.

It was great I appreciated the fact that I shad the option to come in early. The staff was very kind and courteous as usual. Doctor did a good job trying to relieve my pain.

I have as of yet to have an appointment that was less than an excellent office visit. The staff is friendly and helpful. One of the easiest doctor's office I have ever dealt with. Keep up the good work!

The Dr. took time to explain what my be causing the issue with my lower back and made recommended on things I may do to help the issue. Also, the staff were very nice

My only complaint is the specialist change too often.

For that I just moved to Chestertown Maryland and had to change doctors and offices I was very scared to go to my appointment but I had talked to a few people who go to that office so that made it a little better. So I went to my appointment and the nurse Practice was very nice on time I didn't have to wait the whole office was clean and put together they knew what each other was doing I was in and out and they listened to me and fixed my meds and checked me out and did what they where It's supposed and I was on my way.
