Free Thanksgiving and Friendsgiving Potluck Planner
Using a these sign-up sheets is a great way to plan Thanksgiving or Friendsgiving. Guests will get to see the food, drink and dessert options that will be there. How the event will be decorated, when and where it will be held.
I recommend printing out all the sheets needed. Then for work, school or church posting them to a wall or bulletin board in the break or meeting room so everyone can see them and sign up.
If you’re planning this without hanging them up, keep them in a folder to easily write down updated information. You can also email or text the announcement flyer to guests.

If you are having trouble downloading them you might need the free version of Adobe Reader.
The sheets are US letter sheet sized at 8.5x11 and are in fall colors. You can use a thicker weight paper if your printer allows or print them out in black and white.
