Where to go

For curbside pick-up:

1. Follow signs to the online order pick-up area located at the beginning of the loading zone.
2. Back your vehicle into one of the designated spots and check-in.
3. If loading assistance is needed, please ensure vehicle is ready.

For in-store pick-up:

1. Enter through the store entrance and turn left. (If entering through the store exit, turn right)
2. Proceed to the online order pick-up counter to pick-up your order.

Drop off your recyclables at IKEA Charlotte

Together we can work to protect our environment and minimize what is sent to our Charlotte landfills. Drop off your bottles, cans, paper, batteries, and bulbs at the community recycling area inside the store near Customer Service. You can also drop off clean, recyclable cardboard in the bins along the customer loading area in the front of the store.

As part of our Zero Waste To Landfill Initiative, IKEA Charlotte is committed to exploring diversion opportunities close to home.

We work with local sustainable non-profit organizations like Envision Charlotte and Upcycle Arts to divert raw materials away from the landfill to support artistic projects around the city.

• We work year-round volunteering our time and donating products to support local social impact organizations such as A21, Bright Blessings, and HEARTest Yard.
• We partnered with local woman-owned business Inspired Plastics to collect over 7,000 plastic bags from co-workers and the community. These bags were melted and molded into a bench that is featured in the Showroom Entrance as a physical representation to our commitment to sustainability.
