1. It only works on utility flasks and can add an enchantment. 2. It will cause a flask to be used automatically upon a specific condition being met. For example, when its charges become full, or when you become affected by ignite. This means that in cases where you would previously want to time a specific flask usage, you can now rely on it happening automatically, with the only tradeoff being that it may consume charges that you otherwise wouldn’t intend it to. There are a variety of different conditions and a random one is enchanted onto your Flask, overwriting the others, each time you use an Instilling Orb on it. Unlock Instilling Orb Crafting Bench Location
PoE 3.15.2 added crafting bench recipes for adding a specific Enchantment to a Flask. There are recipes for all of the possible Enchantments obtained through Instilling Orbs. Players have the power to directly determine which modifier is applied to their flasks. This will cost five Instilling Orbs and five 
Glassblower's Baubles.
These recipes are unlocked alongside the Rank 3 Movement Speed crafting option in Oriath (and will already be unlocked for you if you have obtained the Rank 3 Movement Speed crafting option in that league).
- Location: Oriath. Click the Tab key, in the North of the Oriath area, you will see Helena and Crafting Recipe. Travel there, and click the Crafting Recipe. Then, this crafting recipe is unlocked.
Remove Flask Enchantments from Crafting Bench
Added a crafting bench recipe to remove Enchantments from an item. This recipe does not need to be unlocked and is always available. It costs three 
Orbs of Scouring.

Quicksilver Flask is a Utility Flask. As the following example shown, Instilling Orb enchants a new modifier: Used when you Hit a Rare or Unique Enemy, if not already in effect.

- Expedition encounters. Dropped from Excavated Chests as well as Runic Monsters.
- The
Instilling Orb drop as part of the regular drop pool from regular monsters and chests. The drop level is 40. - The price of Instilling Orb is about a Chaos Orb.
